[Finishes: Blue/green] | A collection of contemporary vases that preserves and interprets the quintessential Venetian legacy. Sestiere perpetuates traditional glass processing and creatively reinterprets it in a lively tribute to Venice. The vase is designed as a blown glass ball that is almost harnessed by a net of cords. Each cord, or ‘morisa’ in the Murano tradition, is applied by hand to the exterior of the vase, lending it a pleasingly imperfect effect.
